HOUSE IN EAGLE ROCK
This home is warm yet oh-so-cool after a thoughtful second-story addition and renovation. We expanded the home's footprint while maintaining the original Spanish style. Over the years, additions and changes had stripped the interior of its character. We transformed the interior so it feels intentional, as though they had always been there. We integrated subtle details reflecting the homeowners varied backgrounds, finding playful ways to acknowledge the couple's heritage while preserving the original aesthetic intent for the home.
