POOLSIDE ADU
Arterberry Cooke reimagined and streamlined this home for a family of four and added a 600-square-foot ADU. Located in the Mid-Wilshire neighborhood of Los Angeles, the home now features clean lines and a smooth, neutral stucco exterior. Arterberry Cooke transformed the existing garage into a two-story ADU, which the family uses as an office, guest house, pool house, music room, and gym. The multifunctional ADU has a full kitchen, banquette area, stacked washer and dryer, bathroom, and living space.
